Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Payment must be received and authorized before production or shipment of an order.

Customization and Engraving

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization information, including:

• Logos
• Artwork
• Spelling and grammar

By submitting artwork, logos, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.

Beastmode Awards is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after an order has been approved or submitted.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, photographs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Beastmode Awards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials, you grant Beastmode Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and operating our business.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including orders involving pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Beastmode Awards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Because many products are custom-made and personalized, most customized products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors caused by Beastmode Awards.
